I stumbled into Bleuphoria as an attempt to find relief for my daughter's eczema. She was diagnosed as an infant, and while she eventually outgrew the widespread outbreaks on the backs of her hands and elbows, she still suffers from breakouts every once in a while.
When she was home on a college break, I found her slathering petroleum jelly and cocoa butter on the backs of her hands, trying to get some itch and pain relief. I'm pretty "crafty," so I was sure I could find a better solution because during her nineteen years, we had tried many prescriptions, lotions, and creams. I was never impressed with the lotions and creams.
I turned to Google and ended up on YouTube. I found formulas for a balm and a cream. After trial and error, one gave her some relief and cleared up her skin. I kept going and expanded to body butter, body cream, and eventually hair care for my natural hair. I was bold and desperate enough to try it since the product line I was dedicated to must have changed its formula, because it was no longer doing the job for me.
The next thing I knew, four years had passed. I had perfected my formulas until my family, friends, and neighbors felt my products were good enough to put out into the world, so here I am. All natural in real life, no filters, just eyeliner and lip gloss.

What is your refund policy?
Our body butters and balms are heat and moisture-sensitive. Our body creams are also to a lesser extent. Therefore, in the summer months, they are prone to melt no matter how much care we take in packing and shipping. If upon receipt, you find the product melted, we will refund or replace it upon request. When ordering during the summer months, please open orders promptly upon receipt and keep the products out of heated areas, sunlight, and moisture to protect the shelf life of the product and protect it from the introduction of bacteria.
